Lounge and Departure Information
- Please help yourself to the complimentary snacks and refreshments, including wine, beer, and coffee.
- There are two restrooms located directly in the lounge. Please be sure to use the facilities at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
- Aircraft boarding will commence approximately 15 minutes before departure. A Tradewind representative will come to gather each flight directly from the lounge.

About Tradewind
Tradewind offers scheduled service flights as well as private service throughout the Northeast US and Caribbean. For private service, Tradewind will help you choose the right aircraft for every trip. Our fleet of Pilatus PC-12s and Citation CJ3 Jets are excellent options for short to medium-range private service flights. For larger groups and longer distances, we’ll secure the option from our trusted network of operators.
For scheduled service, Tradewind operates in the Caribbean to San Juan, St Barths, Anguilla, Virgin Gorda, Tortola, Antigua, and St Thomas. In the Northeast, flights depart from the New York area to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. From Palm Beach, scheduled flights operate to North Eleuthera and Marsh Harbour. All scheduled flights are directly operated by Tradewind in our modern fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
Departure from Teterboro for our scheduled service is reserved exclusively for our ticket book holders. Ticket book holders can reserve a private scheduled service on an entire commuter-configured Pilatus PC-12 aircraft for their party to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.
